All Weather, Inc. Awarded eFAST Master Order Agreement with the FAA

Sacramento, CA (October 23, 2009) — All Weather, Inc. (AWI), a leading manufacturer of weather information systems and meteorological sensors, has announced its successful bidding, to participate in the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program. AWI has joint ventured with American Operations Corporation (AOC) to form AOC Aviation Services, LLC to pursue FAA contracts associated with the eFAST program.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued multiple Master Order Agreements (MOAs) with Small Businesses in which AOC Aviation Services has qualified for:

• Air Transportation Support (ATS)
• Engineering Services (ES)
• Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
• Computer Systems Support (CSS)
• Documentation & Training (D&T)
• Maintenance & Repair (M&R)

The eFAST program is a multi-year MOA program offering a unique avenue for Small Businesses to offer its services in a number of labor categories. The eFAST program will be the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for meeting the FAA’s Small Business goals.
