Return Material Authorization (RMA)

a. Buyer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from AWI for all returns. RMAs will be issued at AWI's sole discretion, in accordance with AWI's terms and conditions. RMA are valid for thirty calendar days from the date of issuance. AWI must physically receive the return within the thirty (30) calendar day window.
