All Weather Inc. Appoints New President
Sacramento, CA (July 25, 2003) — The All Weather Inc. Board of Directors (AWI) has elected Gary Wagner as
the new President and CEO for All Weather Inc.
Mr. Wagner will be based at the Sacramento headquarters of All Weather Inc.
and be responsible for the operations of both the Sacramento, California and
Hunt Valley, Maryland locations. Mr. Wagner has a twenty-year background in
industrial controls, automation, aerospace & defense, and capital equipment
markets.
According to Don Soenen, Board Chairman of All Weather Inc, " Gary brings
to AWI all of the skills and experience to grow AWI to the next level.
His broad experience in the advance technology arena is a definite plus for
AWI."
Mr. Wagner has his BS in Physics from Illinois State University and an MBA
from the University of Akron. Gary was awarded the Industry Leadership award
from the Automated Imaging Association in 1995.
