All Weather, Inc. Promotes Jason Hall to Chief Executive Officer

Sacramento, CA (June 15, 2010) – All Weather, Inc. (AWI), a leading manufacturer of accurate, highly dependable, automated weather information systems, integrated information display systems, and meteorological sensors, announced today that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Jason Hall to the responsibility of President & Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Hall will remain based at the Sacramento headquarters of AWI and will be responsible for all company strategic and operational objectives. Mr. Hall has a twelve-year background in aviation weather systems, information display systems, embedded systems, fabless semiconductors, industrial controls, and government contracting markets. Jason has served as the President & Chief Operations Officer of AWI over the past 2 years, and brings his experience and knowledge of AWI’s products and customers to this new appointment. According to Don Soenen, Chairman of the Board of AWI, “Jason has clearly demonstrated that he can successfully lead All Weather Inc. The Company’s achievements with the ADS-B and IDSR programs are a clear indication of his leadership skills.”

Mr. Hall has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and a California Certified Public Accountants license. Jason has been recognized as a leading executive in the Sacramento region and volunteers his time and talents to a number of community organizations.
