Jason Hall, President & COO

Jason Hall is an experienced leader overseeing All Weather, Inc’s. broad product offerings and diverse markets.  Jason joined AWI in March 2005 as its Chief Financial Officer, and over the years has served as its Chief Operations Officer and now its President. Jason is also a certified public accountant providing technology and manufacturing companies with strategic vision, financial management, treasury management, investor relations, and process improvements.

Prior to All Weather, Inc., Jason served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rabbit Semiconductor and  Z-World, Inc., a high tech developer and manufacturer of embedded computer controls and semiconductors. Previously, Jason was a senior financial statement auditor for Arthur Andersen, serving several industries and providing financial statement services to many mid- to large-size companies. He holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, as well as a current Certified Public Accountant's license.

Jack Sanders , Operations Manager

Jack Sanders has over 23 years experience directing manufacturing operations at leading technology companies. Preceding All Weather, Inc., Mr. Sanders was responsible for Operations at AAR Corporation, a leading manufacturer of deployable structures for mobile applications. At Astro Aerospace, a Northrop Grumman Company, Jack was the Director of Operations, specializing in lightweight deployable structures for space applications. Jack led the Operations and Program Management activities on many satellite systems, including GOES (Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite), DMSP (Defense Metrological Satellite Program), INSAT (Indian National Satellite System), and MILSTAR (Military Strategic and Tactical Relay Satellite). He received his BS in Business Management and Quality Assurance from the University of LaVerne, and holds an Airframe and Powerplant license.

Steve Glander, International Sales Manager

Steve Glander has nearly 24 years experience in software development, systems design, and sales within the aviation industry. The latter half has been directly related to meteorological systems/sensors, engineering, and sales. Mr. Glander has been involved with international systems sales now for several years, placing valuable AWOS systems in locations such as Brazil, Egypt, Afghanistan, and Cape Verde, to name a few.  Having a commercial pilot’s license for the last 14 years has also provided valuable insight into the design and functionality of AWOS systems to better meet the needs of aviation and meteorological professionals. Prior to entering into the meteorological sensors market, Mr. Glander was Chief Technical Officer for Eisenlohr Technologies. Eisenlohr Technologies was responsible for the design and development of hand-held electronic instruments for surgeons. Specifically, the revolutionary X-Caliper device, designed to make accurate measurements and calibrations on standard x-ray films. Mr. Glander received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a minor in Computer Science, from Indiana University in 1984.

Bob Perrin , Director of Engineering

Bob Perrin graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E) in 1990. He has designed a wide array of scientific instrumentation for the food science and agronomy markets. He was the principle electrical engineer on a certified Class 1, Division 1 workstation design. Bob co-authored the book Embedded Systems Design using the Rabbit 3000 Microprocessor: Interfacing, Networking, and Application Development, and has published more than 20 technical articles during his career. Bob managed the Test Engineering group at Z-World, the Hardware Design group at Captus Networks, and the Engineering team at All Weather, Inc.
